The ideal candidate has strong general repair experience across multiple vehicle brands and can balance leadership, productivity, and quality control in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily workflow and technician productivityAssist with advanced diagnostics and complex repairsEnsure repairs are completed accurately and efficientlyMaintain high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfactionSupport and mentor technicians of varying skill levelsCoordinate with service advisors and management on repair status and schedulingPerform inspections and final quality checks on completed workHelp maintain shop organization, equipment, and cleanlinessStay current on repair procedures and industry technologyQualifications10+ years of automotive repair experience preferredPrevious foreman, lead technician, or shop leadership experience strongly preferredStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilitiesExperience working on multiple domestic and import brandsKnowledge of electrical, drivability, suspension, brake, engine, and transmission systemsAbility to manage workflow and lead a team effectivelyValid driver’s license with clean driving recordASE certifications are a plusPA Safety and Emissions CertificationScheduleFull-timeMonday through FridayOccasional overtime as neededAbout the RoleThis position is ideal for a working foreman who enjoys staying involved in repairs while helping lead a productive and professional shop environment.
