Project Description:Objectives: Client seeks to contract TWO (2) experienced Sr. Oracle EBS Developer. This engagement has the potential to be extended, based on priorities and resources within the District. The Information Technology Services division in Client is seeking an Oracle EBS Developer Lead to join the team to manage Oracle Enterprise Applications and systems processes. Client has Oracle EBS suite 12.1.3 and iSupplier, Oracle WCC/IPM/Imaging 11g, Oracle SOA Suite 11g and 12c, Web Center 11g and 12c, Web Logic 11g and 12c, BPM 11g and 12c. The Oracle EBS Developer will be held accountable for the following responsibilities: Provide day to day support and troubleshooting of Oracle EBS suite, i-Supplier portal, Fusion Middleware technology products. Lead development team and their development efforts of comprehensive integration solutions using Oracle Middleware 11g and 12c as the core. Perform functional and technical support for Oracle Suite of applications by logging, tracking and escalating issues in accordance with procedures Perform technical support for Client's developed custom applications. Perform Oracle configuration, setup, data load activities to support issue resolution Interface with Oracle Support and external software vendors for product issue troubleshooting and resolution Adhere to defined support policies, procedures and service levels Ability to multitask and comfortable with changing priorities Assist in upgrade, enhancement configuration and testing activities as needed. Provide application and process subject matter expertise as needed and provide levels of effort for each enhancement. Gather and track business and functional requirements for new requests / changes Evaluate Oracle application patch levels and provide recommendations on system upgrades.  Type of Education Required: Bachelor's degree required, focus on Information Systems preferred  Type of Experience and Number of Years: Strong Oracle procure to Pay Skillset. Strong technical skillset on Oracle standard workflows and Oracle approval management (AME). Oracle I-Supplier portal invoicing and i-procurement portals. Experience in leading application development team Experience in integrating enterprise applications Experience in developing applications using Oracle Applications Framework, Java, J2EE, XML, HTML, JavaScript and Oracle frameworks like OAF, Oracle WebLogic and ADF technologies etc. Experience in Oracle SOA Suite 11g and 12c, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Application Integration Architecture (AIA), Java/J2EE, JDeveloper, BPEL, ADF, SOA, BPM, BAM, XML, XSLT, Coherence, Web services, REST, APIs, etc. Expertise with TOAD, Oracle SQL Developer. Experience in working with version control and software configuration management tools including Subversion and PVCS.  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong written and oral communications skills. Proven ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly. Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organizational, and problem solving skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
