As a Retail Operations Coordinator, you will oversee day-to-day retail operations, including driving sales, inventory management, store workflows, and ensuring smooth operational practices. Additionally, this role involves monitoring retail sales performance, addressing operational issues, and liaising with vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise. You will play a critical role in maintaining store organization and implementing operational best practices.Additionally, you will ensure exceptional customer service as well as maintain shop aesthetic and presentation to support Tuke’s vision and brand ethos. You will ensure brand integrity is maintained via the TUKE standards of in-store brand merchandising and creative direction.  You will exemplify sophistication and polish while in store and serve as a strong brand ambassador.QualificationsProven experience in Retail Operations Strong Communication and Customer Service skillsProficiency in driving Sales Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyProficiency in retail software including Shopify, inventory systems and retail processesProficiency of social media tool is highly desirable
