Job ID: 5654230Speech-Language PathologistFull-Time | 2026–27 School Year | 192-Day ContractAre you passionate about helping every student reach their full potential?Heartland AEA is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for the 2026–27 school year.Heartland AEA supports 57 public school districts, 44 accredited nonpublic schools, and 2 charter schools across central Iowa.This full-time position working a 192-day contract would be based out of our Carroll office serving the Carroll School District.What You'll DoCollaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support students' communication needs.Conduct speech-language assessments that are relevant to the presenting concern and meaningful within educational and home contexts.Plan, implement, and monitor evidence-based interventions using a variety of service delivery models.Support the generalization of communication skills across settings through collaboration and consultation.
