In this hands-on role, you'll set up and break down meeting rooms, banquet spaces, and special events-ensuring everything is ready, organized, and guest-ready.Position DetailsEmployment Type: Part-TimeShift: Flexible (Morning availability required, weekends as needed)Department: Banquets / EventsWhat You'll DoSet up and break down meeting rooms, banquet spaces, and event areasArrange tables, chairs, risers, and equipment according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)Skirt tables and prepare rooms to established standardsReset rooms between events and ensure readiness for upcoming functionsMove equipment, furniture, portable dividers, and event materials as neededMaintain cleanliness of banquet rooms, storage areas, and public spacesStock supplies and ensure rooms are fully prepared for eventsAssist banquet staff during events when neededReport maintenance or equipment issues to leadershipOccasionally operate company vehicles or golf cartsRequirementsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious event setup, banquet, or hospitality experience preferred, but not requiredValid driver's license preferredAbility to work early mornings and flexible schedulesStrong work ethic and ability to stay active throughout the shiftTeam player with a positive, can-do attitudeAbility to follow directions and work efficiently under time constraintsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsFrequent lifting, pushing, and moving equipmentAbility to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionallyWork EnvironmentIndoor and outdoor event spacesExposure to varying temperatures and conditionsFast-paced, high-volume event environmentPhysically active roleAbout Lake Lawn ResortLocated on Delavan Lake, Lake Lawn Resort is a premier destination for conferences, weddings, and events.
