DescriptionThe Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations across a multi-state portfolio of offices, warehouses, yards, and field support locations. This role leads facility maintenance, vendor performance, compliance, budgeting, capital improvements, site searches, and lease-related activity to ensure locations remain operationally ready and scalable to support business growth.What You Will DoOversee day-to-day facility operations across offices, warehouses, yards, and field locations, including maintenance, repairs, utilities, access control, and site readinessManage vendors, service contracts, invoices, and operating budgets while driving service quality and cost control across locations in multiple statesEnsure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, fire/life safety, ADA, and other regulatory requirements, including inspections, permits, and incident documentationCoordinate site openings, moves, expansions, consolidations, decommissions, and capital improvement projects across the portfolioLead site searches and support lease negotiations, renewals, and real estate coordination in partnership with operations, construction, fleet, finance, and legal teamsMaintain facility records, provide leadership updates, and serve as a primary point of contact for facility-related issuesRequirementsWhat you will need:Strong data management and analytical skills is a must 3+ years of experience in facilities, property, or operations management within a multi-site environmentExperience managing vendors, budgets, contracts, maintenance programs, and regulatory complianceAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teamsStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experienceExperience supporting warehouses, yards, site searches, and operational facility needsExperience supporting lease negotiations, renewals, or real estate coordinationCMMS or project management experiencePhysical & Work RequirementsAbility to walk offices, warehouses, yards, and job sites as neededRegular travel between offices, warehouses, yards, and other field locations is requiredBenefitsClearwave Fiber appreciates the role our associates play to help the company grow, and in return an excellent benefits package is offered to our associates to recognize the importance of their contributions, such as:Competitive salary ($78 - 90K DOE)Lucrative short-term & long-term bonus plans Medical, dental, and vision plans – start on day one!
