JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Junior Project Manager, you are assisting in the end-to-end coordination of customer projects with a focus on mobile app solutions and client-specific implementations. You act as a central point of contact for both customers and internal teams, ensuring structured project execution, transparent communication, and high-quality delivery. From onboarding and rollout to ongoing support, you drive operational excellence and long-term customer satisfaction.REQUIREMENTS• Fluent in English for effective client communication, German is a plus• Solid background and hands-on experience in .NET, web, and mobile app development(preferable)• Strong ability to translate customer needs into actionable project plans and deliverables• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical topics to non-technicalstakeholders• Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset• Resilience and adaptability when facing changing priorities or unexpected challenges• Experience in the cruise industry is a plus, but not required
