Remote Business Analyst / Rollout Expert – Tool & Equipment Management

Beschreibung: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Rollout Expert for an international project in the Manufacturing / Energy sector. The role focuses on the rollout of a Tool & Equipment Management solution for industrial service processes.This is a global role, mainly remote, with occasional on-site meetings in Europe, especially in Germany, for interviews or workshops.Gather and analyse business requirements from service processes across various country organisationsConsolidate requirements from multiple international stakeholdersSupport the internal project manager during the rolloutAssist with vendor management, communication and coordinationSupport change management activities related to the implementationPrepare and facilitate workshops with business units and country organisationsTranslate business requirements into clear IT- and rollout-related work packagesSupport the implementation of a Tool & Equipment Management solution in a complex international environmentAnforderung: Strong know-how in industrial service processes within large multinational organisationsExperience as a Business Analyst, Rollout Expert, IT Project Manager or in a comparable roleProven experience in large and complex IT/application rollout projectsGood understanding of service processes, equipment management, tool management or field-service-related processesExperience in requirements gathering, consolidation and stakeholder alignmentExperience working with internal project managers, business stakeholders and external software or implementation partnersBusiness fluent English, written and spokenStructured, independent and communicative working styleWillingness to travel occasionally within Europe, especially to GermanyETM.Next Experience is a plusEinsatzort: RemoteStartdatum: 01.07.2026Pensum: 100%Projektdauer: 9 Monate ++
