Enterprise ArchitectAtlanta, GA(onsite)12+ months ContractSummaryClient is looking for a seasoned Enterprise Architect to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the Power Generation sector. This role will lead the architecture strategy across a complex landscape including SAP, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce (SFDC), and custom operational systems (OT/IT).The architect will operate in a global delivery model, collaborating with onshore business stakeholders and offshore delivery teams to design scalable, integrated, and cost-effective solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with power generation business goals (generation, transmission, asset management)Establish architecture principles across ERP, CRM, EAM, and custom OT systemsLead application rationalization and legacy modernization initiativesArchitect solutions across:SAP (S/4HANA, PM, IS-U, or ECC)Oracle Fusion (Finance, Procurement, HCM)Salesforce (SFDC Service, Sales, Experience Cloud)Design end-to-end integration frameworks using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectureEnsure seamless integration between IT systems and OT environments (SCADA, asset monitoring, plant systems)Act as the primary architecture lead onshore, engaging with business and executive stakeholdersProvide clear architectural direction and artifacts for offshore development and support teamsGovern solution design, ensuring quality, scalability, and adherence to standards across distributed teamsOptimize delivery through right-shoring strategies and reusable componentsDefine enterprise data architecture, including master data governance (customers, assets, vendors)Enable real-time and batch data flows across ERP and operational systemsSupport use cases around predictive maintenance, asset performance, and analyticsEstablish and enforce architecture governance frameworks and design reviewsEnsure compliance with cybersecurity, regulatory, and audit requirements (critical in energy sector)Identify and mitigate integration, performance, and scalability risksRequired Qualifications12+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, preferably in energy/power generationStrong experience with:SAP ERP (S/4HANA or ECC, especially PM/EAM modules)Oracle Fusion (Finance, SCM, or HCM)Salesforce (SFDC platform and integrations)Proven track record in multi-system integration and transformation programsExperience working in onshore offshore delivery modelsDeep understanding of:Integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP CPI, Oracle Integration Cloud)API-led architecture and microservicesData architecture and governanceExperience in power generation, utilities, or energy sector (asset-heavy environments)Familiarity with OT systems (SCADA, IoT platforms, plant maintenance systems)TOGAF or equivalent certificationExperience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) in hybrid environmentsExposure to AI/GenAI use cases (predictive maintenance, operational insights)Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, and operations (plant teams)Ability to bridge OT and IT architecture landscapesExperience managing global distributed teamsStrategic mindset with hands-on architectural depthStrong communication and executive presentation skillsSeamless integration across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and OT systemsImproved asset visibility and operational efficiencyReduction in system redundancy and technical debtHigh-quality delivery across onshore offshore teamsScalable architecture supporting future digital initiativesExperience in SOW-based delivery and milestone governanceAbility to support pre-sales, solutioning, and client workshopsCreation of architecture artifacts, roadmaps, and executive-level presentationsMetasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
