ResponsibilitiesOverseeing the overall operations, ensuring efficient and effective service deliveryDeveloping and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and increase profitabilityLeading and managing a diverse team of professionals, including sales, operations, customer service, and technical staffEstablishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory authoritiesMonitoring industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvementImplementing and maintaining safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standardsAnalyzing financial data, preparing budgets, and managing expenses to achieve financial targetsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, enhance service quality, and drive customer satisfactionRepresenting the company at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements QualificationsValid CDL license, with hazmat, tanker, and air brake endorsements must be retained6+ years of experience in an operations leadership role.
