Implementation Specialist

Implementation Specialist Lead client implementations and coordinate the on-boarding and setup of all related treasury management services. Participate in product and service enhancement discussions and implementation. Resolve on-going customer service issues, ensuring quality customer service is consistent with established service standards and company policy. Assist in maintaining effective relationships with key remittance processing vendors and serve as an escalation point for customer/vendor issues.
