Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Export Flow Deal . The role involves managing international matcha supply chain operations, overseeing the export process, and collaborating with clients to ensure successful partnerships. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, developing tailored export solutions, tracking deal progress, and maintaining client relationships to enhance sales efforts. The role requires a strategic and analytical approach to streamline processes and meet business objectives. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to assess and optimize export operations and deal workflowsExcellent Communication skills for building relationships and collaborating with global clients and teamsExperience in Finance for contract negotiation and budget management related to export logisticsBackground in Sales and Sales Operations for client acquisition, building solutions, and driving operational successUnderstanding of global logistics and supply chain is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldAbility to work independently in a remote environment with a proactive, self-driven attitude
