Desktop Support Specialist
*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. *Duties* - Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems - Provide technical support to end-users for computer-related issues - Analyze and resolve technical problems efficiently - Set up new user accounts and profiles and deal with password issues - Manage IT infrastructure including LAN, Active Directory, and computer management - Ensure security and privacy of systems *Skills* - Proficiency in desktop support and technical troubleshooting - Knowledge of various operating systems including Windows and Mac OS - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users - Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as LAN, Active Directory, etc. - Ability to analyze technical issues and provide solutions efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent, Temporary, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
