VIP Meet and Greet Travel Operations Coordinator
Global First Travel is seeking a full-time Travel Operations Coordinator to support our high-touch Meet & Greet and VIP travel services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.You will play a key role in coordinating airport meet & greet services, supporting travel logistics, and assisting with day-to-day administrative operations. The right candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with precision.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate Meet & Greet and VIP airport services for domestic and international travelersCommunicate with global vendors and partners to ensure seamless service deliveryMonitor and manage travel requests, updates, and last-minute changesProvide administrative support to department managers and leadershipAnswer phones, coordinate project-related materials, and assist with research as neededMaintain accurate records and handle sensitive/confidential information with discretionCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a high level of service and efficiencyQualifications:2+ years of administrative or operations experience (travel industry experience preferred)Experience coordinating domestic and international travel is a strong plusStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office systemsSelf-motivated, reliable, and eager to learnStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressureCommitment to delivering outstanding client serviceJob Type: Full-timeMon-Fri from 9am-6pm with rest and lunch breaks.
