Customer Service Representative *Employment Type:* Long-Term Contract with Potential *Pay Rate:* $21.00 per hour *Location:* St. Paul, MN 55117 – 100% Onsite *Schedule:* Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM *Job Summary* We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented *Customer Service Representative* to support customers with rental and purchase orders, shipping, inventory, returns, billing corrections, and general account needs. *Responsibilities* * Receive and process customer rental and purchase orders. * Review and clarify customer orders and communicate information to the shipping department. * Prepare shipping paperwork, provide waybill information, and assist with tracking lost or delayed shipments. * Maintain communication with customers regarding order status, expected release dates, and shipment delivery. * Resolve order discrepancies, credit holds, product availability issues, and other customer concerns. * Provide customers with inventory status updates. * Research and prepare billing correction requests and assist with credit processing. * Process product returns, obtain required approvals, and track returns through completion. * Respond to customer warranty-related questions. * Assist with consignment inventory setup, audits, and discrepancy resolution. * Maintain accurate customer accounts and contact information in *ERP and CRM systems*. * Provide professional and timely customer service while working with customers and internal departments. Required Qualifications * *High school diploma or equivalent required.* * *Minimum 2 years of customer service or closely related experience required.* * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to research and resolve customer or order-related issues. * Comfortable working with computer systems, databases, and order information. *This is a long-term contract opportunity with potential.* Pay: From $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: * Health insurance Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Ability to Commute: * Saint Paul, MN 55117 (Required) Work Location: In person
