Part-time Machine OperatorLocation: Aurora, COType: ContractSalary: $20 per hourSummary: Our client, who specializes in crafting high-quality display bases for high-end collectibles, is looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Machine Operator to join the production team on a part-time basis. The Part-Time Machine Operator will assist in the manufacturing of premium display bases by operating and maintaining machinery used for cutting, shaping, and finishing materials such as acrylic, or wood. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in producing clean, accurate, high-quality pieces.Operate production machinery (e.g., saws, sanders, polishers, CNC equipment depending on experience).Measure, cut, shape, and finish materials according to specifications.Inspect pieces for quality, consistency, and accuracy.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow safety procedures and report any equipment issues.Assist with packaging and preparing finished display bases for delivery.Work collaboratively with the production team to meet output goals.Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred, but training can be provided.Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.Ability to read measurements, operate basic tools, and follow instructions.Comfortable standing, lifting, and using equipment for extended periods.Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained.
