We are seeking an Associate / Executive Assistant to the President to join our Los Angeles Investment Banking team. Role OverviewThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with regional and international clients on a broad range of complex transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, shareholder relations, recapitalizations, demergers, leveraged buyouts, as well as strategic advisory and execution of both public and private capital markets transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with professional teams across multiple offices and departments to deliver high-quality advisory services to clientsPartner with senior banking professionals to support analytical work, while contributing strategic and creative insightsConduct financial analysis and assist in the development of client-facing recommendations and deliverablesProvide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the PresidentManage complex scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logisticsCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodationsServe as a point of contact for client communications and internal stakeholdersPrepare and refine presentations, reports, and other executive-level materialsSupport project execution through coordination, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely follow-upsParticipate in domestic and international business travel as requiredQualificationsStrong valuation and financial analysis skillsExperience in investment banking as an Analyst or Associate, with a proven track record of working on executed M&A transactions across various industriesComfortable reading, interpreting, and analyzing financial statementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong commercial instincts and the ability to perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlinesFluency in Chinese is preferred; Japanese language skills are a strong plusMBA, CPA/CA, and/or CFA designation is considered an assetRelevant securities licensing, or willingness to obtain the required licenses1–4 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, and/or corporate financeWillingness and ability to travel for business as neededWhy Join OFAWork directly with the President and senior leadership team on high-impact initiativesGain hands-on experience across complex M&A and capital markets transactionsCollaborate with international teams and clients across diverse industriesHow to ApplyPlease send your resume and a brief introduction to:info@ofagroup.com
