OperationsManager**to lead and oversee our organizations I.T. operations,including Help Desk services, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Thisposition is 40 hours per week and based out of our Lewiston Office.Essential Duties**: Perform the usual duties of a manager by leading, motivating, andimplementing the Agencys policies and procedures, managing budget,maximizing performance and morale, and ensuring compliance of rulesand regulations. Responsible for leading Help Desk operations to ensure timely,high-quality resolution of user issues, lead cybersecurity program,and oversee Microsoft cloud environments. Responsible for directing the administration and ongoing managementof the network, telecommunications, and infrastructure systems(LAN/WAN/VPN, servers, storage, and virtualization); ensure highavailability, performance, and reliability; and oversee advancedtroubleshooting, fault resolution, and vendor-supported issuemanagement.
