We combine advanced equipment with skilled professionals to deliver high-quality products to customers across the country.We are currently seeking Stacker Operators to join our Web-Press Department across all three shifts.Position SummaryThe Stacker Operator supports daily press operations by ensuring printed materials are bundled, palletized, and documented accurately while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. This role plays a critical part in meeting production goals and minimizing product damage.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist the Press Operator and Roll Tender in daily printing operationsSupport the operation and basic maintenance of the pressFollow production schedules and job specificationsReview job bags to verify correct job setup for stackersEnsure proper load flags are used and completed accurately, including:Operator initialsShift runQuantity per bundleNumber of bundles per palletNet pallet countIdentify office copies using yellow O.C. flag and red crayon markingVerify correct pallet selection and proper end boards based on product sizeProperly identify outside binds and use appropriate palletsInspect signatures for correct pagination and quality standardsContinuously monitor production to ensure customer requirements are metComplete skid logs and return documentation to job bagsRecord required information in communication logbooksMaintain a clean, safe, and organized production areaSet up stackers to maximize bundle quality and minimize product damageQualifications & RequirementsReliable attendance and ability to consistently work scheduled hoursStrong time management skills and ability to meet production deadlinesPositive, effective communication with team membersSafety- and quality-focused mindsetAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionManufacturing or press experience preferredCompensation & BenefitsCommand Missouri offers competitive pay and an excellent benefits package, including:Medical, dental, and vision coverageCompany-paid life insuranceVoluntary short-term and long-term disabilityPaid time offCompany-paid holidays401(k) with company matchEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Shift differential:$1.00/hour for 2nd shift$1.50/hour for 3rd shiftEmployee recognition programsReferral bonus programAnd moreWhy Join Command Missouri?When you join Command Missouri, you become part of one of the most respected and innovative teams in the manufacturing industry.
