Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors, supervising on-site teams, overseeing inspections, and streamlining logistics. The Project Manager will also handle project budgets, resolve challenges, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in Project Management, including the ability to develop schedules, allocate resources, and oversee project execution.Skills in Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks to ensure the timely delivery of materials and resources for project success.Experience in Inspection processes to review work quality and verify compliance with safety and construction standards.Familiarity with Logistics Management to streamline the procurement and transport of materials and ensure the efficiency of on-site operations.Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational and communication skills.Proficiency with construction management software tools and processes.Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Experience in managing high-end residential or commercial projects is highly desirable.
