Summary About the Role: FrontLine Fire & Flood is seeking a highly motivated, independent, and sales-driven Smoke Damage Salesperson to be the first point of contact for property owners affected by smoke/fire damage. This role requires an assertive and self-sufficient professional who thrives in high-pressure situations and can confidently engage with victims in the immediate aftermath of a fire. Perfect for a previous fire chief who knows the workings of an active fire scene. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to fire department calls at all hours of the day to assist property owners in distress. Provide immediate guidance and support to victims, ensuring they understand their next steps. Assess property damage and educate victims on restoration options. Confidently present PDQ Restoration’s services and secure commitments from property owners. Work independently in the field, often during late nights, early mornings, or weekends. Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups. Qualifications: Strong sales and persuasion skills, must be fearless in engaging potential clients. Ability to work unpredictable hours, including nights and weekends. Highly self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working alone in fast-paced environments. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in restoration, insurance, or emergency response is a plus but not required.
