Retention Bonus: $7,500 (paid after 90 days of employment)Key Responsibilities:Prepare exam rooms, imaging equipment, and necessary instruments for proceduresPerform high-quality imaging using X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, and C-Arm equipmentEnsure patient safety, comfort, and clear communication throughout proceduresConduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of imaging equipmentMaintain accurate patient records and documentationAdditional Responsibilities (as needed):Assist with basic clinical duties during downtime, including:Rooming patientsTaking vital signsRecording height and weightQualifications:ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification requiredMinimum of 1 year of X-Ray experienceProficiency in X-Ray and C-Arm operation requiredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational abilitiesBasic computer proficiencySchedule & Perks :Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMNo weekends, holidays, or on-call requirementsCompetitive pay: $35+/hrComprehensive benefits packagePositive, team-oriented workplace culture
