Freelance Photographer

Phoenix-based real estate research firm has contract available for photographers in or willing to travel around the greater ANCHORAGE metropolitan and surrounding areas to take basic EXTERIOR property photographs of roughly 9 SELF-STORAGE/OFFICE properties starting ASAP and lasting approx. 1 DAY. Interested applicants must have a digital camera or high quality phone camera, high speed Internet (for assignments and uploads), and reliable transportation. Please note that this work is not intended for professional photographers but some photo experience is required. 15-20 unedited photos of the buildings exteriors should be taken and uploaded via Dropbox link. Each property will take about 10-15 minutes to photograph as these are exterior shots only. Since we try to cluster properties together based on location you may be able to photograph 2-3 properties an hour. (*We try to minimize driving time/distance, however assignments are sent out on a first-come first-serve basis.)
