Trusted by some of the largest aggregate and cement producers in the US, our client is growing their field service team to meet increasing demand across the Pennsylvania.This is not a dealership role on mobile kit. Their technicians service stationary processing plant — crushers, screens, feeders, conveyors and washing equipment bolted to foundations at quarries, aggregate operations and cement facilities. If you've spent your career maintaining fixed plant and know this equipment inside out, this is built for you.About the OpportunityThe successful candidate will:Install, commission, inspect, repair and rebuild stationary crushing, screening, washing and conveying equipmentDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults on fixed processing plantTrain customers and fellow employees on equipment maintenance and operationRead and work from schematics, technical drawings and manufacturer service manualsTravel with a partner technician to customer sites across the Eastern USAssist with shop fabrication when project workload requires itIdeal Candidate ProfileThe priority is someone from plant maintenance at an aggregate producer, quarry or cement/lime facility a person who has lived on a stationary processing plant and knows the equipment from the ground up.To succeed in this role, you will have:2–10+ years maintaining stationary crushing, screening and conveying equipment (not mobile or portable plant)Hands-on experience on cone crushers, jaw crushers, vibrating screens, feeders and conveyorsDiagnostic capability across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systemsWelding and torching ability for field repairsExperience with Metso, Sandvik or Symons equipment (preferred, not essential)Millwright or steel erection experience (a bonus, not a requirement)MSHA certification or willingness to obtain it (full training provided)Valid driver's licence and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screenAdditional InformationThis is a full time, permanent position with an established and growing manufacturer in the aggregate equipment space.
