Salary Range: $140,000-$150,000
Starting pay varies based on location and experience, in compliance with specific state wage regulations. Competitive rates tailored to your geography and expertise.
Position Overview
The Vice President of Enterprise Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the operational performance and growth of Coronis India's global operations. This role ensures the efficient delivery of revenue cycle management (RCM) services and plays a key part in leading offshore teams, converting business from third-party vendors, and aligning operations with the needs of US-based service groups. With strong analytical capabilities and an ability to manage complex cross-functional teams, the VP of Enterprise Sales is accountable for hitting key performance and revenue targets while maintaining quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with US-based senior leadership to align operational procedures with business needs
Transition work from third-party BPO vendors to Coronis India processing centers
Transition and manage US-based RCM work offshore, ensuring seamless processes
Oversee staff across all RCM functions within India operations
Provide regular reportstoExecutive Leadership on performance and productivity
Lead and manage multiple project plans and budgets
Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline operations
Forecast staffing needs and manage headcount to align with volume and goals
Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs to track team and individual performance
Analyze operational data to support resource allocation and performance improvement
Communicate performance metrics and operational insights to managers and senior leaders
Ensurebilling practices comply with applicable healthcare rules and regulations
Deliver monthly India operations reports to the CEO and Executive Leadership
Other duties as required
Qualifications
Minimum Education/Certifications/OTJ Experience:
Extensive leadership experience in India BPO/Enterprise operations
Proven history of managing offshore operations with teams of 1,000+ employees
Demonstrated experience in medical billing and RCM services
Strong background in leading enterprise-scale offshore operations
Knowledge of subject matter
Revenue cycle management in the healthcare sector
Offshore operations strategy and performance optimization
KPI design and data-driven operational leadership
Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) and Microsoft Office
Strong analytical and data reporting skills
Clear and confident communicator across executive and team levels
Experienced in staff development, coaching, and performance management
Abilities/Attributes:
