Senior Attorney

DescriptionA well-established boutique law firm has an immediate opening for a Senior Attorney with at least 8 years of commercial litigation experience, to handle construction-related disputes.Core responsibilities include:+ Manage complex construction law cases from intake to strategy development and execution+ Conduct legal research, correspond with clients, draft documents, manage discovery resources, delegate tasks to staff members, prepare for mediations/arbitrations/depositions/trial, etc.+ Successfully develop and maintain strong relationships with the firm's existing client base+ Marketing the Firm to new and potential clients through frequent and direct contact+ Participate in firm leadership including mentoring other attorneys and staff members, oversee finance and administration matters, and lead strategic planning for the firmIn addition to salary, attorneys receive discounted health insurance, 401(k) plan with employer contribution, paid time off, a flexible office setting, and access to performance bonuses and profit sharing.Requirements+ Must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience as an attorney in commercial litigation+ Exemplary communication, negotiation and advocacy skills+ Commitment to client-first attitude and high ethical standards+ Active law license in Minnesota+ Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain organizationRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
