A company is looking for a Member Care Advocate (MCA) - Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound calls from English and Spanish-speaking members, ensuring respectful and solution-oriented interactions
Manage member inquiries, providing accurate information and aiming for first-call resolution
Guide members in accessing appropriate services and resources, including virtual care and second opinions
Required Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of healthcare experience, or 5 years of relevant healthcare experience
Experience with VoIP phone systems and handling a high volume of calls
Robust knowledge of Google apps, Apple products, and customer relationship management software
Ability to complete an 8-week paid training period with no planned time off
