Finance, Restructuring and Bankruptcy Associate

The Dallas office of Blank Rome LLP is seeking an entry-level associate to work on secured lending transactions with our Finance, Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice Group.Candidates must have a demonstrated interest in the practice area and have completed related coursework including Secured Transactions, Bankruptcy, Corporate Finance, Corporations, Business Negotiations and/or Transactional Drafting.Candidates must be self-motivated, confident, personable team players and have outstanding professional/academic credentials.
