Field Service Representative

J.H. FLETCHER & CO.Field Service RepresentativeWorldwide leader in the manufacture of heavy mobile machinery has an immediate opening for a Fletcher Service Inc. (FSI) Field Service Technician. The skilled job will require expertise in electrical, hydraulics, troubleshooting and engineering. Position will install, perform repairs, and audit J.H. Fletcher & Co. equipment at customer locations. Wil perform standard work assignments, without supervision, according to needs of the customer and company. The applicant will be required to work irregular hours and complete jobs within specific deadlines. Fletcher & Co. equipment at customer sitesProvide technical support and orient customers on the operation and maintenance of equipmentConduct site surveys, prepare and present detailed reports on service interventions, and recommend improvementsManage and maintain inventory of parts and tools required for field service tasksEnsure compliance with safety protocols and company policies while on-siteDevelop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyaltyOther duties as assigned by SupervisorApplicant must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screenHow to ApplyPlease put in an application through our website: www.jhfletcher.com/careers.J.H.
