Concierge

AMLI Residential is currently hiring a professional, service‑driven Concierge to join our luxury community at AMLI River North. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys being the go‑to resource for residents in a fast‑paced, urban environment. The Concierge provides high‑level assistance to residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming experience while supporting day‑to‑day service needs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and expert knowledge of local services, vendors, and amenities.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild rapport with residents and respond to requests in a timely, efficient, and courteous mannerResearch, coordinate, and schedule resident services, including:Grocery delivery and relocation servicesVehicle services (repair, washes, appointments)Dry cleaning pickup/deliveryTV setup, wall mounting, and home servicesTransportation accommodations (airport transfers, rentals, taxis, limousines)Make reservations and arrangements for:Restaurants, events, and game ticketsFloral ordersVet, kennel, and travel accommodationsManage amenity and penthouse reservationsReceive and coordinate package deliveries (FedEx, UPS, etc.)Manage the Luxer package system, including daily auditsDevelop and distribute a daily resident newsletterMaintain up‑to‑date merchant, vendor, and service contact listsCoordinate with the onsite property management team to resolve requests and follow up on issuesAssist with special resident requests as neededAdditional ExpectationsMaintain a professional appearance at all timesParticipate in AMLI volunteer and community activitiesSupport other AMLI communities when neededScheduleFull‑time, 40 hours per weekTuesday – Saturday scheduleQualificationsHigh School diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum 3 years of customer service experience requiredPrevious concierge or hospitality experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of the local area, services, merchants, and attractionsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet researchExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and sit for extended periodsOccasional lifting of up to 10 pounds or moreAbility to use standard office equipment and computer systemsPerks & Benefits You’ll Love$27.00 - $30.00 an hourComprehensive Health Coverage – Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family.401(k) with Company Match – We invest in your future.Generous Rental Discount at any AMLI apartment communityTuition Reimbursement – Keep growing in your career.Paid Time Off (PTO)- 20 days plus 9 paid holidays.
