Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Services Representative to join our team. In this role, We are seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as 1099 Independent Life Insurance Agents. In this role, you will help individuals and families protect their income, build long-term financial security, and learn strategies to save and grow their money using life insurance–based financial solutions. This is a commission-based, independent contractor position with flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and a clear path for advancement to Broker within the firm for high-performing agents. Key Responsibilities Educate clients on life insurance and financial protection strategies Help families create plans to grow savings, build cash value, and protect their future Conduct client consultations (in person, phone, or virtual) Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Build and manage your own book of business Maintain compliance with state and company regulations Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development Compensation & Structure 1099 independent contractor Commission-based pay with competitive first-year commissions Ongoing renewal income Performance-based bonuses and incentives Opportunity for increased commission levels and overrides Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
