We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) to join our Cedar Ridge Center in Sissonville, WV. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant.The annual salary for this position ranges from $104,000 to $120,000, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.We are a national medical group committed to enhancing health outcomes for residents in skilled nursing and senior living facilities. Our mission is to improve healthcare outcomes for our patients, providers, and partners, guided by our core values in daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.Responsibilities include:Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center in partnership with other medical providers.Working closely with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.QualificationsTo be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, holding a license as a registered nurse.Certification as a Nurse Practitioner, having completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
