Keep readingAs a Maintenance Technician you will provide maintenance services to all areas of the company including the building and equipment. In this role you will...Provide support for all areas of the facility and equipment including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and PLCs.Troubleshoot problems in a methodical manner independently. Utilize the assistance of other technicians, contractors, and vendors for complicated/specialized issues. Complete repairs in a timely manner to ensure production downtime is minimized and customer due dates are not missed.Perform preventative maintenance on-time based on a schedule.Maintain proper inventory levels of tooling, hardware, replacement parts, supplies, and solvents.Install new equipment independently as well as with contractors.Maintain an organized and safe environment in the facility, at the equipment, and within the maintenance department.Provide on-call support (both phone and on-site) based on an on-call schedule.Documents repairs and general record keeping.Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.Who we’re looking for?High School Diploma or GEDAssociate's degree in Maintenance, Industrial Arts, or a related field preferred.Ability to read, write & comprehend instructions, correspondence & other informationMathematical skills; ability to use calculatorAbility to be certified to use a fork truck and scissors liftExcellent communication skills with people throughout the organization & with vendorsDetail orientation, value accuracyAble to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematicsOrganization skills & ability to juggle multiple prioritiesWhat’s in it for you?There's no monopoly on good ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
