Job DescriptionOur client, a world leader in diagnostics and life sciences, is looking for a "Lab Tech Ops- Central Weigh- 2nd Shift/ Manufacturing Support Specialist" based out of Branchburg, NJ.Job Duration: Long term Contract (Possibility Of Further Extension)Pay Rate : $28.50/hr on W2 DOECompany Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401KOverview:The role supports manufacturing operations through precise weighing, dispensing, and inventory management of raw materials. This position ensures compliance with cGMP, cGDP, and safety standards while maintaining accurate SAP transactions and contributing to process efficiency and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Perform weighing, dispensing, and tracking of raw materials per SOPs and batch recordsAccurately document materials, methods, and results in compliance with cGMP standardsManage inventory transactions and internal orders in SAPMonitor, adjust, and reconcile material inventory as neededPrioritize and schedule workload based on business and customer requirementsMaintain clean, compliant work areas (labs, warehouses, satellite areas)Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiativesCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project status and priorities Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferredExperience: 2-4 years in manufacturing, warehousing, or inventory management; lab experience a plusStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsBasic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and SAPAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment under cGMP guidelinesMust be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs daily
