Job Title: Systems Analyst Consultant - Open Text Focus Location: Tampa, FL 33607 (4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote) Duration: 6 Months+ Contract-to-Perm Employment Type: Contract to Hire Position Overview: We are seeking a Level 4 Systems Analyst Consultant with strong expertise in OpenText solutions integrated with SAP. This role will lead complex software development initiatives, oversee system integrations, and provide mission-critical application support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical subject matter expert, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders and vendor resources throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Key Responsibilities: · Lead complex software development and system integration projects · Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and stakeholders to develop technical specifications · Lead selection, configuration, and implementation of OpenText software packages · Drive vendor interactions and manage integration of complex application interfaces · Provide 24x7 primary/secondary support for mission-critical applications · Oversee release schedules and maintenance activities · Produce documentation, technical estimates, and SDLC deliverables · Serve as Technical Lead on multiple concurrent projects · Mentor and guide junior technical staff · Develop and drive standard practices within the team Required Technical Skills (OpenText Focus) Strong hands-on experience with: · OpenText Archiving and Doc Access for SAP · OpenText Archive Center · OpenText Content Server · OpenText Capture Center · OpenText Enterprise Scan · OpenText Web Viewer · OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for SAP · Intelligent Capture Center · OpenText Directory Services Nice to Have Skills: · C# programming with OpenText API · Development experience in OpenText Exstream · Experience working in large enterprise SAP environments Qualifications: · Proven experience leading complex application development projects · Strong understanding of SDLC processes · Experience integrating enterprise applications · Ability to work with minimal supervision · Strong communication and leadership skills Working Conditions: · Primarily office environment · Occasional travel to operating locations may be required
