Operations And Client Experience Coordinator

Growing financial planning firm seeking an Operations & Client Experience Coordinator to support client service, workflows, and marketing. Part-time to start with a clear path to full-time and leadership. Location: Geneva, NY (In-Office Preferred) Start Timeline: Within 60 days (interviewing now) Hours: ~20 hours/week initially → scaling to full-time by Fall About the Role: We are a growing financial planning and wealth management practice seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support daily operations, client experience, and marketing efforts. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow into a full-time operations leadership role as the business expands. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare for client meetings (organize files, reports, and documents) • Data entry and CRM management • Handle client follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and reminders • Assist with paperwork, applications, and account processing • Maintain organized filing systems • Answer and manage incoming calls Workshop & Event Coordination: • Coordinate venues and logistics • Assist with event preparation and follow-up Marketing Support: • Assist with social media content and scheduling • Support workshop promotion Real Estate Support (~5 hrs/week): • Coordinate short-term rental operations and communication Qualifications: • Administrative, operations, or client service experience preferred • Strong communication and organizational skills • Comfortable with basic technology and systems • Marketing experience is a plus Compensation & Growth: • Competitive hourly pay • Path to full-time by Fall • Growth into leadership role How to Apply: Submit your resume with a brief note explaining why this role fits you and your relevant experience.
