The company has offices in North America, Europe, and the UAE.Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs, as well as the ability to negotiate effectively and manage projects from inception to completion.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans that align with business goals.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of services.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.Strong knowledge of market dynamics and customer relationship management principles.Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities.Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Strategic planning capabilities that contribute to long-term business objectives.A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail."We are an equal opportunity employer committed to employment equity utilizing hiring practices on merit and business needs.
