Responsibilities Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions and cash handling. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist customers with product demonstrations and upselling techniques to enhance their shopping experience. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display through effective merchandising practices. Supervise and train new staff members to ensure adherence to store policies and procedures. Perform stocking duties to ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized. Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. Requirements Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as it enhances customer interaction.
