Production Support Engineer OpportunityWe have a new Production Support opportunity with one of our BFS clients, AMEX. We need profiles for this role. (to me)Candidate Experience: Three plus years of experience.Location: Phoenix, AZNote: Production support experience is mandatory, the client will not do upskilling. Kindly send me the candidates who have production support and coding experience.Technical SkillsProficiency in coding with JSON, Java, HTML5, JavaScript, and Unix Shell Script.Experience with observability monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, ELF, Dynatrace, or other open-source tools).Hands-on experience in building APIs, microservices, and working with application performance monitoring tools.Familiarity with scripting and automation using tools like Ansible, Python, and Java.IT Service Management (ITSM)Good understanding of ITSM concepts, which are crucial for managing IT services and ensuring they meet business needs.Production Support ExperienceExperience in production support, service delivery, or operations support environments.Ability to conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot application and system issues, and contribute to preventive maintenance.Security BackgroundA background in security, particularly in authentication and cybersecurity, is advantageous.Disaster Recovery and ResiliencyExperience in participating in disaster recovery testing and implementing resiliency measures for applications and platforms.Collaboration and CommunicationAbility to work with subject matter experts (SMEs), leads, and other teams to ensure quality standards.Experience in handling executive escalations, incident management, and effective communication with stakeholders.Continuous ImprovementContributing to continuous service improvement by maintaining best practices and knowledge repositories.Thank you.
