SIRE Solutions – Westmoreland County, PA $25/hour | Flexible Schedule | Community-Based Work SIRE Solutions is looking for caring, reliable individuals to join our team as In-Home Counselors. This role is a great fit for someone who wants hands-on experience working with families, values flexibility, and wants to make a real impact in their community. What You’ll Be Doing Working directly with children, parents, and caregivers in their homes or the community Supporting families involved with Children & Youth Services (CYS) Helping caregivers build parenting skills, structure, and routines Assisting families with emotional regulation, communication, and problem-solving Collaborating with caseworkers, schools, and other professionals Completing simple, timely documentation What We’re Looking For Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a human services–related field (psychology, social work, criminal justice, sociology, education, etc.) Experience working with children or families is a plus, but not required Strong communication skills and good boundaries Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Pay & Perks $25 per hour Flexible scheduling (daytime and some evening availability) Supportive supervision and guidance Real-world experience in community mental health and child welfare A team that values balance, professionalism, and doing the work the right way Why Work With Us At SIRE Solutions, we keep things realistic and supportive.
