Sr Program Manager

Provide expert-level Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) support to the Future Tankers Program Office, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies. Develop and maintain SCRM & DMSMS management plans, reports, and tracking tools. Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure proactive resolution of obsolescence issues. Interface with OEMs, suppliers, and government stakeholders to identify alternate sources and replacement strategies. Support lifecycle sustainment planning and contribute to acquisition and modernization efforts. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for supply chain disruptions. Utilize tools such as AVCOM, PCN, and other SCRM & DMSMS databases to monitor and report on part status. Prepare briefings and documentation for senior leadership and program reviews.
