ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Pre-bussing - Clear plates as needed from guests who are finished eating Clean, sweep and reset tables efficiently Maintain clean floors, trash areas and transport dishes to dish area Check all condiment products on tables, refill as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room, bathrooms, entry way and parking lot Stock all items in the dining room, soda station, BBQ station and storage room
