Healthcare Product Owner

Charter Solutions is hiring an experienced Product Owner to support a large Healthcare Payer business transformation portfolio. This role partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to enable Agile execution, ensure team health, and deliver measurable value in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment.ResponsibilitiesDelivery Leadership & Agile ExecutionLead execution of delivery plans, ensuring team health, predictability, and successful outcomesManage delivery milestones, forecasts, risks, dependencies, scope, and timelines across multiple initiativesPartner with stakeholders to prepare for Program Increment (PI) Planning, including confirmation of priorities, dependencies, and resource allocation tied to PI objectivesServe as Jira owner/admin for portfolio-level configuration, and user managementMaintain Jira workflows, boards, permissions, and configurations to support Agile and enterprise standardsSummarize delivery status, trends, risks, and outcomes for inclusion in weekly and executive portfolio leadership materialsProvide guidance on Agile events (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), Epic/Story development, backlog refinement, and estimation techniquesRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in a variety of roles (PO, Scrum) delivering products using Agile product development methodologies3+ years of experience in a Healthcare Payer ecosystem, with domain expertise in UM, CM, A&G, or closely related functional areasProficiency in Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, tracking, and Agile ceremoniesExperience working in a fast paced, matrixed, cross-portfolio environment to drive delivery outcomesStrong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate business strategy into actionable and executable delivery plans***No 3rd parties please.
