2nd Shift Production Operator

Production OperatorSirius Staffing is seeking a 2nd shift Production Operator to work in Whitsett, NC.The Production & Assembly Specialist (Entry Level) role focuses on hands-on assembly, testing, and component handling within a manufacturing environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, manual skills, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions while meeting production schedules and quality standards.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to begin or grow a career in electronics or server hardware manufacturing.Schedule:M-F 3:30-12amPrimary Responsibilities:Perform the analysis, repair, and assembly of components and finished products to meet production schedules and quality standardsAssemble server components, including: MotherboardsCPUsMemory modulesStorage devicesPower suppliesOperate both automated and manual tools for installation, fastening, and testingConduct visual and functional inspections to ensure products meet specifications and quality requirementsFollow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety protocolsAccurately log production data and report defects or process deviationsPerform basic hardware analysis or test replication to identify root causes of defectsExecute material movements through integrated tracking systemsComply with all Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Management SystemsMinimum Qualifications:Education:High school diploma or technical certification (required)Experience:Less than 1 year of relevant experienceExperience with electronics or server hardware assembly is preferred but not requiredSkills & Abilities:Strong attention to detail and manual dexterityFamiliarity with ESD-safe handling procedures (preferred)Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment interfacesAbility to safely lift and handle server componentsAbility to follow written and verbal instructions preciselySirius Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
