We care about clean storytelling, professionalism, and a premium client experience at every appointment.The Role:We're looking for a Media Creator Photographer, Videographer, Drone Pilot) to join our on-the-ground team capturing real estate content for our clients. You'll be the face of Elev8 at every appointment -photographing properties, capturing video, flying drones, and ensuring every client feels taken care of from the moment you arrive.This is a hands-on, client-facing field role. The ideal candidate is professional, outgoing, reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in high-quality work.Compensation, Location and Schedule:Pay: $35 - $45/hr depending on skills and experience + mileage reimbursement.Location: Central Massachusetts — primarily Worcester County and surrounding areasSchedule: Flexible; pick your own schedule with a minimum of 4 days/week availability.What You'll Do:You will drive to our client locations and perform the following services:Listing Photography — Capture HDR real estate photos (interior + exterior) across all property types following Elev8's standards and guidelines.Drone Operations — Fly drone for aerial photos and video. FAA Part 107 certification required. Don't have it yet? Elev8 will support qualified candidates in obtaining their certification.Property Videography — Film gimbal-stabilized walkthrough videos, review scripts in advance, and act as a director on site to guide clients through filming.Client & On-site Service — Be the face of Elev8 at every appointment — professional, courteous, and prepared from arrival to wrap-up.Post-Appointment — At the end of your day, upload all media to our servers and notify team. No post-processing or editing required.What We're Looking For:Required Qualifications (Must-have)Authorized to work in the US without sponsorshipMust have a valid driverʼs license and a carBased in Central Massachusetts or surrounding area (within 20mi of Worcester)Available during daylight hours at least 4 days a week Monday - Sunday)Prior hobbyist or amateur experience with photography, videography or dronesWilling to study and obtain FAA Part 107 certificationWilling to learn gimbal-stabilized videographyProfessional, confident, and warm in client-facing situationsReliable, organized, and communicates proactively with our teamPreferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have)Owns a DSLR or Mirrorless cameraPrior professional photography and/or videography experience in other industries (weddings & events, portrait & headshot,photojournalism, landscape, social media content creation, film-making)Experience with gimbal-stabilized videographyFAA Part 107 certification (or actively pursuing)Training and LicensingElev8 will provide a comprehensive training for all services you need to performFAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is required for all drone workIf you don't have it yet, Elev8 will provide access to a comprehensive study guide to help you prepare and reimburse you for the test fee.Certificate must be kept current (valid for 24 months; recurrent training required)How to ApplyEmail media@elev8.realestate with:ResumeA short introduction about yourself.
