We’re a fast-growing, team-oriented property management company focused on operational excellence, accountability, and creating a strong experience for both residents and property owners.We’re looking for an Operations Assistant who enjoys being out in the field, staying organized, solving problems, and helping keep properties running smoothly behind the scenes.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into property management and gain hands-on experience with a clear path toward becoming a licensed Property Manager.Position OverviewThe Operations Assistant supports our Property Management team by serving as the “eyes on the properties.” This role combines fieldwork, inspections, maintenance coordination, and administrative support to help ensure homes are move-in ready, properly maintained, and accurately documented.This is an entry-level, non-licensed support role with growth opportunities into Property Management.What You’ll DoProperty Inspections & Field SupportConduct property inspections, drive-bys, and unit walks Take detailed photos and document property conditions Identify maintenance concerns, lease violations, and safety issues Upload inspection notes and updates into AppFolio Help ensure properties are ready for move-ins and showings Maintenance & Make-Ready CoordinationVerify maintenance work has been completed properly Monitor make-ready progress and report delays or issues Coordinate property access for vendors when needed Support timely turnovers and unit readiness Administrative SupportMaintain accurate records and documentation Update property information and inspection notes in AppFolio Assist with scheduling and operational coordination Communicate updates clearly with Property Managers and team members What We’re Looking ForStrong organizational and time management skills Comfortable working independently in the field Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Clear and professional communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Tech-comfortable and able to learn software systems quickly Experience with AppFolio or property management software is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Schedule & Work EnvironmentFull-time position Combination of fieldwork and office/administrative responsibilities Local travel between properties required Standard business hours with flexibility based on operational needs Compensation & GrowthStarting pay: $23–$26 per hour Growth opportunities within a rapidly growing company Path toward promotion into Property Management Colorado Real Estate License expected within 12 months Licensing support and training may be available Why Join CRT Management?Growth-focused company with advancement opportunities Hands-on learning environment Supportive and team-oriented culture Variety in your day — no being stuck behind a desk 24/7 Opportunity to build a long-term career in property management If you’re organized, proactive, and enjoy a mix of field and administrative work, we’d love to hear from you.Apply today and grow with us.
