This role is ideal for a motivated professional with hands-on service experience who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and delivering high-quality plumbing solutions.You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while providing excellent customer service and driving revenue through accurate recommendations and estimates.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose plumbing issues and perform service and repairs on residential and commercial systemsInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot water, drain, and gas systemsProvide clear estimates and explain repair or replacement options to customersEnsure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company policiesDeliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationshipsMaintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in excellent conditionParticipate in on-call rotation and respond to service requests as neededCollaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environmentRequirementsMust Have:At least 1 year of service plumbing experienceMust live within 30 miles of the shop (Mission Hills, CA)Must have own hand toolsNo more than 2 driving tickets on recordClean driving record with no DUIValid driver's licenseStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively with customersAbility to work weekends and on-call shiftsNice to Have:Commercial service experienceBenefitsPaid Time OffSales Bonuses401(k) Retirement PlanHealth CareDental InsuranceVision InsuranceOvertime PayGrowth Opportunities
