Senior Architect, Integration & Production
About VeevVeev is leading the transformation of the construction industry with an innovative approach to modular home construction. Veev’s prefabricated closed-panel systems allow homes to be assembled efficiently on-site while delivering a more sustainable and higher-quality final product than traditional construction. As a new subsidiary of Lennar, Veev leverages the strength and scale of its parent company while maintaining the speed and disruptive approach of its roots as a Silicon Valley-based startup. Veev has developed a vertically integrated approach that involves multidisciplinary collaboration across real estate, design, development, engineering, manufacturing, and construction. This role is critical to Veev’s mission of scaling a fully integrated product and manufacturing platform. In this role, you will lead architectural integration and production readiness across fabrication-ready product releases, ensuring systems are coordinated, manufacturable, and aligned with real-world construction constraints. Your work will directly impact Veev’s ability to scale production, improve release quality, and drive reliable execution across fabrication and field deployment. The RoleAs an Architect within Engineering Production, you will own the integration and production readiness of architectural systems across Veev’s modular product platform. This role is responsible for translating product systems and engineering intent into fully coordinated, fabrication-ready architectural solutions that support scalable manufacturing and field execution. You will work across architecture, structure, MEP, BIM, MCAD, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are integrated, manufacturable, and aligned with real-world production and construction constraints. This is a highly cross-functional role focused on resolving complex integration challenges and enabling reliable release-to-fabrication workflows.ResponsibilitiesOwn integration and coordination of architectural systems across fabrication-ready product releasesEnsure architectural solutions are fully resolved, manufacturable, and aligned with production and construction requirementsValidate architectural design intent against fabrication, assembly, and installation constraints Coordinate architectural systems across structural, MEP, BIM, MCAD, and manufacturing workflowsResolve interdisciplinary clashes, constructability issues, and production integration challengesCollaborate with R&D and Design Integration teams to implement evolving product systems into production-ready solutionsDevelop and maintain detailed BIM/Revit and MCAD-integrated models supporting fabrication and construction workflowsSupport transfer and validation of data between Revit, SolidWorks, and downstream manufacturing systemsContribute to scalable BIM standards, templates, and methodologies supporting production executionDrive release-to-fabrication readiness and ensure architectural scope is fully coordinated prior to productionContribute directly in a hands-on capacity to resolving architectural integration and production challengesSupport first-build activities, sustaining engineering updates, and continuous product improvements across released product versionsPartner with fabrication and field teams to resolve production and installation issuesMust-Have Skills And CompetenciesAdvanced expertise in Revit and BIM workflows within production-driven environmentsStrong understanding of architectural integration across structural, MEP, and manufacturing systemsExperience developing fabrication-ready documentation and production-integrated design solutionsProven ability to resolve complex coordination, constructability, and production integration challengesStrong understanding of modular, prefabricated, or manufacturing-driven construction workflowsExperience working across multidisciplinary engineering and production teamsStrong systems thinking and attention to detail across downstream fabrication and construction impactsProven ability to make and drive technical decisions within fast-paced, evolving production environmentsAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving production environments.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field7+ years of experience in architectural integration, BIM, production engineering, or fabrication-driven construction environmentsNice-to-Have Skills And CompetenciesThese skills, competencies, and qualifications would set you, as a candidate, apart but are not required for the role.Experience with digital fabrication techniques and their integration into Revit workflows.Familiarity with SW modeling techniques and PDM.
