Program Manager II – Validation Operations Support Coordinator

06+ Months Help a leading autonomous driving technology company hit its validation testing targets. The Validation Operations team makes sure fleet and resources are where they need to be, so testing programs stay on track and self-driving technology keeps getting safer and more reliable. This role is less about manual scheduling and more about data, AI-driven workflows and hands-on depot support.
What you'll do:
- Analyze daily validation operational data, track fleet and resource fulfillment metrics, spot trends and bottlenecks, and write clear performance summaries for leadership
- Use AI tools (LLMs, AI assistants) to speed up reporting, synthesize findings, streamline communications, and find workflow efficiencies
- Coordinate hands-on with testing teams and depots, supporting smooth handovers and on-site readiness
What you bring:
- 4+ years in operations support, data analysis, operational coordination or technical operations
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Operations Management, Data Science, Logistics, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong data skills: building formulas, pivot tables and reporting templates
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to draft documentation, analyze data, automate repetitive tasks or optimize workflows
- Willingness to travel 15–30% and work on-site at operational vehicle depots
