Complete DescriptionONLY EPIC-CERTIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED.TheClinical Documentation (Clin Doc) Analyst supports the Division of StateOperated Healthcare Facilities in the ongoing support of the EpicElectronic Health Record (EHR) system.Key Responsibilities- Provideapplication support and build for Epic Clinical Documentation,including nursing, therapies (PT/OT/SLP/Rehab), behavioral health, andlong-term care workflows.- Collaboratewith clinical end users to gather requirements, document workflows, andimplement changes.- Performsystem testing, validation, and end-user support during Epic build,upgrades, and go-live.- Assistwith Epic training and at-the-elbow support for clinicaldocumentation users.- Troubleshootissues reported through ServiceNow and provide timely resolutions orescalate appropriately.- Supportregulatory and compliance requirements for documentation standards(CMS, Joint Commission, State policies).- Workclosely with other Epic module teams (Orders, HIM, Identity, etc.) toensure workflow integration.Required/Desired Skills Skill Required/Desired Amount of Experience Epic Clin Doc certification Required 7.0 Years Epic implementation or operations support experience Required 7.0 Years Strong understanding of clinical documentation practices in healthcare settings Required 7.0 Years Ability to analyze workflow needs and translate them into Epic configuration. Required 7.0 Years Epic Behavioral Health (BH) and/or Long-Term Care (LTC) certification strongly preferred. Highly desired 3.0 Years Previous experience as an Epic Clinical Documentation Analyst or Builder in a healthcare environment. Required 7.0 Years
